As a conscientious supplier E-Bisprint has been one of the first procurement suppliers in Australia to bring environmental paper and envelope choices to the market. Clients can now ‘green’ their organisations with reductions in environmental impacts, while reducing spending and operate more sustainably and efficiently.

Elation Earth was launched at Pacprint in May 2009

Elation® paper products are environmentally friendly as the mill is ISO:14001 accredited. The paper is manufactured from farmed eucalyptus which has been proven by Access Economics to be more environmentally friendly (unlike plantations, which reduce biodiversity) and reduced energy consumption, therefore allowing the cost per tonne to be reduced.

With this is a new range of 100% recycled paper alternatives which E-Bisprint can offer our clients suggestions in the design of new print items that will reflect a better ecological outcome through improving product design and thereby preventing environmental problems at the source. Elation® products are premium quality and suitable for high speed mailing insertion equipment while being competitively priced.

The journey to sustainability is a long one, but at E-Bisprint we feel we have taken great strides along the path. We recognise more needs to be done and we are constantly assessing new initiatives, products and practices to keep our progress moving forward.

As a member of GASAA – Graphic Arts Services Association of Australia, we have made the decision to embark on the GASAA environmental program. We will be commencing this program within the next few months once we have relocated to new premises. The program is conducted over seven stages and ultimately concludes with ISO 14001 accreditation.
