A library of pre-approved newsletter articles can be made available to customers. The content of these articles is created and approved internally by your marketing departments. Users can then choose the size of the newsletter that they require and then select the articles that will fill the pages and nominate the order in which they will appear. They can also include their own article as well as photos, logos and company details.

Artwork is provided as high resolution PDF, InDesign or JPEG documents. This means that the artwork is ready to be used in any print or full colour glossy magazine. The files are created in real time and allow the user the ability to make adjustments in the size and content before requesting the final artwork for print.

Once prepared, the artwork can be added to an existing order of stationery products or processed alone. Users can pay online by credit card or direct deposit before being the order is submitted to a compliance department for approval if required.
